July 10, 2005Camping in Harrison LakePosted 5 years, 7 months ago on July 10, 2005 I just feel like camping so Jesse took me up to Harrison Lake for a rainy camping experience. It was fun. I love waking up in a tent in a campground to the sound of the rain. Did I ever mention that I love sleeping to the sound of the rain? Well, I really do! It would have been nice if we have a better tarp though ... I have to figure out what we are missing. That tarp is really hard to setup -- it took us a full 2 hours in the rain! We were soaking wet! Jesse said that some poles should make it easier but I wonder ... Perhaps it's time we look at some poles or perhaps one of those portable gazebos. We could use those portable gazebos for BBQ purposes too ...No comments, be the first! |
